We offer hands-on, comprehensive, and multi-year professional development training and consulting for educators. This includes a validated needs assessment tool survey, an assessment of organizational practices and policy, an evaluation of the landscape of applicable national, state, and regional policies and crosswalking them with practical navigation strategies.
We’ve created a two-year professional development plan with topic guidance and personnel champion recruitment, an eight-hour online module PD sequence, followed up by a progressive web workshop sequence, an in-person event, and a follow-up assessment.
